Astazi acest articol contine si un mesaj in engleza pentru o echipa mica de la niste mii de kilometri care fac un business tare frumos si care chiar ofera servicii clienti adevarate, asa cum e normal, adica e un om acolo cu bun simt care raspunde cu bun simt. Am filmat si un mic clip pe Periscope, il puteti vedea si pe Youtube. Pentru aproximativ 16 lire aceasta cutiuta Pink Parcel livreaza un moment nepretuit pentru orice femeie care se confrunta cu “acea perioada” nu tocmai in cel mai bun fel.
Dear Pink Parcel team, thanks a lot for what you do and I really hope that one day you will open the business in Romania too. I ordered Pink Parcel a few times, now I can’t do it anymore, the person who was receiving the boxes for me there in London, is not anymore in UK. So..I had to cancel my subscription and I really regret it. Only in a few months you improved your customer service level and I was impressed how fast you reacted to refund my last order when I said that my subscription is canceled and how interested you was to know the reason.  I mean you replied faster than I was expecting and I am impressed, really! I wish you the best!

Va spun ce am zis si in film, echipa lor de relatii clienti raspunde repede, cere detalii, vrea sa stie daca esti cu adevarat multumita, au schimbat forma cutiei la cererea clientilor, fac retur de bani daca nu ajunge la tine si daca sunt probleme de curier, nici nu trebuie sa le spui, ca fac ei de la sine, sunt minunati, nu am avut ce sa le reprosez decat ca ei sunt in UK si eu in Romania. Am lucrat atatia ani pe relatii clienti si ce fac ei este visul meu ca si om de marketing: trateaza cu sensibilitate si bun simt un subiect sensibil.
